个人简介

刘博,本科阶段在中南大学接受了完整的信息类专业基础课程,硕士博士阶段在台湾长庚大学接受了完整的半导体工艺器件制造的训练,可完整通过材料气相沉积生长到光刻、物理沉积等步骤制备多种电子元器件,并在博士阶段开创了人工神经器件测试方法。入职北京工业大学后,通过学科交叉,摸索出结合器件物理与人工智能、随机数生成、不可克隆方程等新型前沿研究方向。
