研究方向

研究方向:模拟和混合信号集成电路设计,模拟数字转换器(ADC)设计,模拟信息转换器(AIC)设计,电源管理芯片等,包括:

1)高速高精度ADC/TIADC设计及校正算法

2)亚奈奎斯特采样模拟信息转换器(AIC)设计及重构算法。

3)电源管理芯片开发,包括DC-DC电压转换和LDO稳压芯片。

个人简介

刘素娟,博士,教授,硕士生导师。长期从事集成电路设计专业的教学和科研工作。主要从事模拟数字转换器(ADC)芯片设计、基于压缩感知的模拟信息转换(AIC)及数字重构算法芯片设计、高能效电源管理芯片设计等领域的项目研究与开发工作。近5年发表论文20余篇,主要成果发表IEEE TCAS IIF4.14,电路与系统领域国际顶级期刊)、IEEE VLSIIEEE Transactions on Instrumentation & Measurement(IF:5.332)国际期刊及会议上。申请授权专利10余项。主持10余项集成电路设计方向的项目(国家自然科学基金2项,北京市自然科学基金3项)。2014年入选北京工业大学日新人才计划。

荣誉和获奖

指导获得国家奖学金的硕士研究生4人。2020年指导本科生获得全国大学生集成电路创新创业大赛获得全国总决赛二等奖、华北赛区一等奖。2016-2022年指导学生参加全国大学生集成电路创新创业大赛以及北京大学生集成电路设计大赛多次获奖。承担两门本科生课程和一门研究生课程,所承担的《集成电路原理与设计》是微电子科学与工程学科基础必修课程,连续3年获得学生评教满分课堂。指导本科毕业设计特优和优秀各1人;指导优秀硕士论文4人。

代表性研究成果

本人一直从事模数混合集成电路设计方面的研究工作,在模拟集成电路设计以及模数混合系统的建模、电路设计、后续数字信号处理方面取得创新成果。研究工作主要包含个方面:

方向一:超高速并行时间交织模数转换器(TIADC)设计。提出TIADC系统采样时间失配误差估计算法和基于调制矩阵的失配数字校准方法,针对此创新工作的研究成果分别发表在IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation & Measurement和电路与系统领域顶级期刊IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers上。

方向二:基于压缩感知 (Compressed Sensing, CS)理论,针对在某个变换域内具有稀疏性的超宽带信号,研究模拟信息转换器(Analog to information converterAIC)的低功耗实现和数字重构算法。针对此创新工作的研究成果发表在IEEE Transactions on VLSI Systems等领域内高水平期刊。

方向三:设计的BuckDC-DC电压转换以及高精度低压差线性稳压器LDO芯片已经投片量产。
